bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Junior Cost Controller for our office in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Project Costs & Budgeting control
• Crating and analyzing budgets, forecasts and financial reports using spreadsheets and cost control software
• Analyzing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process
• Communicating with stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will consider as advantage
• Strong time Management, written and Verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage multiple site priorities
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost control
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
