We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Business Development Associate to join our Business Development team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

The Business Development Associate will have the opportunity to:

  • Licensing out and licensing in the order fulfilment process including placing orders in the company’s system, order confirmation, and following up until order completion
  • Supporting the creation, filling, and delivery of internal memorandums, commissions, memorandums, and memorandums related to any of the Medochemie Group of Companies
  • Creating and following up on invoices until payment including but not limited to licensing in orders invoices
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders as required including teleconferences
  • Maintaining department records including scanning and filling
  • Maintaining the company’s computerized systems such as SAP and Priority including the recording of forecasts
  • Producing shipment permits including controlled substances permits and following up until process completion
  • Supporting the conclusion of contracts, agreements, and addenda
  • Generating and maintaining departmental reports as required including department KPI reports
  • Creation of data reports using available systems including IQVIA, IMS, and Pharma 14
  • Department administrative tasks as required
  • Performing any other duties assigned to the employee by the company

What does it take to do the job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field
  • Prior experience in business development for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accountable and responsible
  • Ability to effectively build strong relationships internally or externally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
