CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group operating in the E-Commerce space, and with activities in over 20 countries, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager to join their growing team here in Cyprus. The Senior Brand Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the brand's image, reputation, and visibility in the market. You will be responsible for leading activities and strategies aimed at increasing global and market level brand awareness, driving growth, engaging existing clients & boosting client inflows. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Business, Economics or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 7+ years of previous experience in a similar role working for a digital and/or E-Commerce company. You will need to have a proven track record of growing customer engagement and brand revenues, with previous experience working for a web marketing agency is considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Developing branding and advertising campaigns.
- Managing social media presence.
- Create the storytelling and reflecting the brand values/strategy in events, presentations and marketing department positioning.
- Collaborating with sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Directing brand team and cross-functional partners in the development and execution of the brand strategy.
- Engaging with key external stakeholders, such as agency and other partners, to source thought-leadership.
- Leading different marketing pillars, insights, communications, innovation pipeline and portfolio.
- Adjusts plans based on data insights.
- Stays up-to-date with digital marketing trends to adopt innovative approaches.
Key Skills/Experience:
- This position requires a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Marketing (or equivalent field).
- 7+ years of experience working in a similar role in digital and/or e-commerce companies.
- Track record of growing customer engagement and brand revenues.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Experience in building communities of potential customers.
- Past experience in web marketing agency is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Any knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Positive self-starter, willing to go above and beyond.
- Out of the box thinker with excellent storytelling skills to inspire.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a discerning eye for creativity.
- Ability to work in virtual teams in global matrix operations.
- Passionate about customers.
- Strong in planning, stakeholder involvement, anticipating steps, & attentive to deadlines.
