CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of vehicle GPS Tracking services in Cyprus, offering a wide range of services from anti-theft security services to entire fleet management solutions, we are seeking to recruit a Technician (GPS Tracker Installations) to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will perform the installation of tracking devices in various types of vehicles, ensuring accurate placement and connection for optimal functionality. You will travel to customer locations to complete installations, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process, whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Prior experience in automotive electrical systems and/or electronic device installation will be considered a significant advantage, and you will need to possess strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges. Fluency in both Greek and English is a must, as well as a valid driver's licence and clean driving record. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Perform the installation of tracking devices in various types of vehicles, ensuring accurate placement and connection for optimal functionality.
• Travel to customer locations to complete installations, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Engage with customers onsite, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring satisfaction with the installed devices.
• Occasionally collect payments from customers for services rendered, maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including completion reports and any encountered issues, ensuring accurate documentation for reference.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and minimize risks during installations.
• Work closely with other team members, such as dispatchers and supervisors, to coordinate installations effectively and contribute to the overall success of fleet management operations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Prior experience in automotive electrical systems and/or electronic device installation preferred.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet installation schedules.
• Flexibility to adapt to different vehicle types and installation environments.
