About the position:
We invite you to become a part of our sales team as Retail Sales Consultant at the exclusive premium store in casino resort in Limassol - City of Dreams!

Key functions:
- Providing customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Consulting clients (including technical aspects) on product selection, recommending the most suitable products, and cross-selling based on corporate standards.
- Advising clients on product-related issues such as warranties, repairs, deliveries, and company policies based on corporate standards.
- Handling incoming calls to the offline and online store, as well as communications in online chat and messengers.
- Informing customers about promotions and other activities.
- Recording sales, refunds, invoices, etc., in the accounting software Exact.
- Operating the cash register and maintaining cash discipline.
- Working with the CRM system (placing orders for missing items, issuing goods to clients upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods).
- Preparing goods for delivery and completing accompanying documents.
Qualification and skills:
- More than 2 years of relevant working experience in similar positions in retail (or in HORECA).
- Experience with premium products and prestigious merchandise, including a personal approach to clients.
- Fluent English. Fluent or upper-intermediate knowledge of Greek. Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
