Program Details:

• Duration: 17/06/2024 – 23/08/2024
• Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
• Location: Limassol and Nicosia Offices (Full-time office based)

About the Role:

As an Intern in the IT Service Desk, you will have the opportunity to actively engage in the IT Frontline Support, contributing to the seamless operation of key processes. You will be assigned with actual hands-on responsibilities at the Service Desk as well as addressing and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues received via internal systems. This position offers a unique chance to enhance your technical skills in resolving hardware and software challenges, while gaining firsthand experience in managing IT end-user queries within a real-world work setting.

Main requirements:

• Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Information Technology, Computer Science or any other relevant field.
• Minimum academic Rrequirements:

• Cyprus and Greece Universities: GPA 7.5/10
• UK Universities: Degree Classification 2:1
• Private Universities in Cyprus: GPA 3.5/4
• US Universities: GPA 3.3/4

• Copy of academic transcripts is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Growth and curious mindset
