The Client:
Our client is a private Family Office, with their offices in Nicosia. On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to their CEO.
The Position:
The successful candidate will be based in Nicosia and provide personalized office and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the CEO of the Family Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to schedule meetings and events efficiently.

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the CEO's time.

Provide support during travel, such as handling logistics and addressing any unexpected issues.

Manage the CEO's email inbox, screening and prioritizing messages for action or response.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling personal matters and sensitive information.

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including family members, colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information.

Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to prevent disruptions or delays.

Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in resolving challenges and making decisions on behalf of the CEO.

Responsible for the daily logistics and administration of the company’s office.
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

A University Degree or a secretarial diploma

Proven previous work experience as a personal assistant.

Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English are essential.

Good organizational, time management and typing skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

Discretion and confidentiality.
Location
The position is for the company’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Remuneration
