We are searching for an experienced Marketing Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team at HF Markets!

In this role, you will streamline our marketing processes, enhance efficiency, and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex marketing projects, improving operational processes, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing operations and ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals and executed efficiently.
• Continually enhance processes for better productivity, cost efficiency, and scalability by applying project management best practices to streamline marketing workflows.
• Lead and manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget and within-scope delivery. Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing operations are fully integrated and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing operations team. Encourage a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development.
• Oversee marketing content translation to ensure brand consistency and accuracy across languages, coordinating closely with translators and regional teams.
• Manage relationships with service providers, and other external stakeholders to secure high-quality services on time and within budget.

What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Financial Markets industry would be considered an advantage.
• Proven expertise in project management. Certification in project management is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Ability to align marketing operations with overarching business goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to the fast-paced and evolving market environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
