Can you create and deliver engaging technical content? Are you a good communicator, with a flair for words and a good understanding of how PBX works? 3CX, the award-winning communications solution, is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to deliver quality content that effectively explains the benefits of 3CX and its use.
About the Job
As a Technical Writer, you’ll be:
- Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Writing engaging blog posts about product features, benefits, updates and releases
- Producing high-quality technical content that meets applicable standards
- Analyzing existing content to update and research new content opportunities
- Preparing short, easy-going video guides to help users with 3CX and other related applications
- Responding to messages on the forum related to your posts
About You
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable through engaging text and videos
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Freelance work considered
