Main responsibilities
- Monitor all outgoing cargo for our customers and manage the shipment process.
- Answercustomer’s requests via email and phone calls.
- Communicate with customs export process and arrange all necessary documentations.
- Enter all information and data to the company’s system CRM on a continual basis.
- Provide administration support, process orders and issue documents such delivery orders, quotations and Invoices.
- Manage of bookings/shipments /prices of the clients with and overseas agents.
- Coordination of shipping arrangements with companies.
- Ability to travel for exhibitions.
Qualifications required
- University graduate of logistics or Maritime.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Excellent written skills in both Greek and English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
People without or with little experience but strong personal characteristics willing to learn are also ideal candidates.
Previous experience in export department will be considered as an advantage.
A remuneration package is offered depending on qualifications and experience.
