Advance Career on behalf of our client an International Travel Management Organization seeks to recruit an Operations Assistant to join the team at their offices in Limassol:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organisation’s senior staff and executives.
  • Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements if necessary
  • Liaise and coordinate between suppliers and ground operations, cruise operations, hospitality operations for a smooth running of itineraries/schedules.
  • Be on call on rotation with other team members.
  • Ad Hoc Finance duties such as organizing reports of payments., monitor charges as per agreements.
  • Coordinate organized events and prepare reports and communications on behalf of others.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • LCCI Intermediate or Higher would be an advantage
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Computer Literate
  • Organized and client service focussed
  • Working hours Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00 and Friday 8:30 – 2:30
