Advance Career on behalf of our client an International Travel Management Organization seeks to recruit an Operations Assistant to join the team at their offices in Limassol:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the organisation’s senior staff and executives.
- Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements if necessary
- Liaise and coordinate between suppliers and ground operations, cruise operations, hospitality operations for a smooth running of itineraries/schedules.
- Be on call on rotation with other team members.
- Ad Hoc Finance duties such as organizing reports of payments., monitor charges as per agreements.
- Coordinate organized events and prepare reports and communications on behalf of others.
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- LCCI Intermediate or Higher would be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Computer Literate
- Organized and client service focussed
- Working hours Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00 and Friday 8:30 – 2:30
