AGM Foodtech Ltd Seeks a Business Development Manager

AGM Foodtech is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, playing a key role in our continued success.

• Research and identify new markets and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses a strong understanding of the food tech industry (a plus, not a must).
• Is a quick learner with a strategic mind.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks.
• Is a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Has a drive to succeed and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
• Must hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)

Work Location:

• This position offers a hybrid work model, with a combination of remote work and office days.
