We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Regional Head of Business Development – LATAM to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to maximize collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Lead the process of identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to optimize their performance and professional development.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop annual business development plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results.
  • Carry out any further duties assigned by Senior Management.
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.

What You Bring:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching and professional development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in the LATAM region is a must.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Extensive travel to the region is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and target orientated with a focus on business growth.
