Technical Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Technical Operations Manager is available at one of Larnaca's top expanding Property Development Company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reviewing quotations from various companies and understanding the pros and cons of each and provide advice.
• Confirming and validating the measurements taken onsite from various suppliers, contractors, or subcontractors.
• Organising/booking dates for specific tasks to take place in line with the Contractor’s schedule of works.
• Liaising with clients and the contractor in relation to the client's finishes, i.e., ceramic tile selections, carpentry colours, sanitary ware selections etc.
• Inspecting the completed work ensuring it is up to standards.
• Inspecting the finished property and completing a full snagging list confirming the work is complete without any defects or damages.
• Assisting the clients with any technical questions that they may have in relation to the project's construction or specifically to their property.
• Taking photos/videos and documenting the construction projects while also providing reports of the progress, if requested.
• Attending various meetings in relation to projects. These could range from engineering meetings, architect, mechanical meetings, or electrical meetings.

Our Requirements:

• A min of 3 years’ experience in an Operational role will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
