The Client:
Our client is a firm of reputable established Advocates and Legal Consultants, with offices in Nicosia and Limassol. They offer high quality legal services to local and international businesses operating in a broad range of industries.
The Position:
Secretary/Personal Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to advocates/partners.

Acting as the point of contact between the advocate/partner and internal/external clients.

Communications with clients, colleagues and other partners.
-
Printing of correspondence and maintaining the relevant matter files.

Input of matter information and timesheets into in-house legal management software.

Answering phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate.

Facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.

Welcoming of guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.

Reading and writing correspondence in mail or email form, on behalf of the partner.
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:

High school certificate and a secretarial diploma.

Proven previous work experience as a personal assistant or secretary.

Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.
-
Good verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English are essential.

Good organizational, time management and typing skills.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

Discretion and confidentiality.
