Summer School Teachers

The American Academy Larnaca is a selective educational institution with an outstanding reputation and strong academic history, operating since 1908. The American Academy Larnaca seeks to recruit full time Dance, Art, and Music teachers to work in the American Academy Larnaca Summer School for the Summer 2024, starting on the 25th June until the 9th August 2024.

The working/contact hours are from 7:30-14:30 for 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).

Duties

• To provide effective teaching of the highest order to students assigned by the Summer School Coordinator
• To administer day-to-day routines, procedures and rules of the Summer School

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree certified by KYSATS
• Relevant experience in teaching will be considered as an advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of Greek & English language
• Ability to communicate information and ideas using verbal, visual and written communication so that students will understand

Interviews

Interviews of shortlisted applicants will take place from the 15th until the 17th of May 2024.
