This role is about:

The Learning and Communication role entails designing and delivering training programs in the financial industry, creating educational materials, and supporting new hire onboarding.

You will:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using educational theories and methodologies.

• Construct, develop, and implement learning and training plans.

• Create educational materials in the financial industry.

• Support onboarding of new hires in collaboration with the HR department ensuring a smooth integration process.

• Creation of engaging educational materials to deliver high-quality materials that effectively convey information.

• Creation of interactive learning environments, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities for employees.

• Achieving a high percentage program satisfaction rate and improvements in trainees' KPIs.

• Ensuring that all operational changes are communicated with respective stakeholders and within a timely manner.

• Designing and delivering cross-functional communications on key results impacting the business.

What we need:

• A highly motivated corporate trainer experienced in conducting training sessions for small and large groups across various functions.

• Excellent communication and listening skills are a must.

• Prior training experience within the financial industry is preferred.

• Experience working in Training and Learning departments within medium to large-sized organizations.

• A proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful training programs using educational theories and methodologies.

• Proficiency in creating educational materials and utilizing editing software like Adobe Premiere, GarageBand, Final Cut, and others to produce high-quality materials that effectively convey information.
