Career Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Administration Manager at our premises in Limassol. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing our day-to-day operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of our business, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Implement operational strategies and initiatives to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and direction to department heads and teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Oversee office administration functions, including but not limited to facilities management, procurement, and resource allocation.

  • Identify areas for improvement and innovation across all operational processes and systems, driving continuous enhancement and adaptation to market trends.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the operations team, promoting professional development and engagement.

  • Act as a liaison between senior management and operational teams, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of office administration and business operations.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive, mature, and professional attitude

  • Monitor and manage personnel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

  • Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
