We are seeking a Financial Analyst who provides support in the day-to-day activities and tasks necessary for the smooth operations in our financial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet (BS), and cash flow (CF) statements

• Ensure all financial information is recorded comprehensively, accurately, and in a timely manner

• Maintain proper and up-to-date accounting records

• Ensure compliance with Cyprus taxation laws, including VAT, Payroll, and OSS (One-Stop Shop)

• Collect, verify, and manage financial documentation such as invoices and receipts.

• Liaise with external auditors in providing relevant information for the monthly and annual audits.

REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of a University Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field, with a Master’s degree being a plus; being qualified or partially qualified in ACCA will be considered an advantage

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting demonstrated experience in financial reporting budgeting and analysis

• Prior experience with Quickbooks accounting software is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
