Our team is growing and we seek highly motivated electrical and biomedical engineers to be part of Biotronics Service Department.

Position: Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our range of medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our customers.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment at customer sites, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on the operation and maintenance of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, and Customer Support to address technical issues and enhance product performance.
• Document service activities, including maintenance reports, service records, and customer communication, to maintain accurate records and facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in servicing medical devices or complex equipment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently.
• Strong IT skills, including ability for management of software systems and network infrastructure operations, in order to support our medical devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed for service appointments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
