We are looking for a Back office & support officer to join our growing Fintech company
No previous experience required
• Full time Job only.
• Promotion is available.
• Monday - Fridays.
• Flexible working hour
Job responsibilities:
• Providing high quality customer support to existing clients
• Communicating with agents on a daily basis
• Creating statistic reports upon demand.
• Onboarding of new clients of the company and maintenance of the relationship
Job requirements:
• Fluent English - Spoken, read and written
• Detail oriented.
• Service oriented.
• Out-of-the-box thinker.
• Able to manage time and multitasks.
• Team worker with great inter-personal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills
