Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit Gym Instructor.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the guest’s fitness level and health.
• Oversee completion of exercise routines.
• Track guest’s physical progress.
• Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues.
• Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
• Adopt a holistic training approach (e.g., cardiovascular, exercise, strength)
• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure guests exercise properly and safely.
• Handle nutrition and health-related questions.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Physical Education & Sport Science or a related field.
• Previous work experience as Gym Instructor or similar role.
• Preferred languages: English, Greek and Russian will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each guest’s needs.
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive.
• Proven experience of CPR and First Aid.
