CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global provider of Employment Solutions including Payroll, Benefits & Immigration services, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Social Media Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will play an integral role in enhancing global brand presence and driving business growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be contributing to, and executing social media strategies that resonate with an international B2B audience, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other closely related fields, who possess approximately 1-2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a B2B setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, as well as Hybrid working options. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media strategies to meet marketing objectives and boost brand visibility.
  • Craft and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
  • Conduct daily management of social media channels, which includes posting content, monitoring interactions, and responding to community inquiries.
  • Maintain the monthly social media content calendar, coordinating with the marketing team to ensure timely and relevant postings.
  • Keep a pulse on social media trends, industry updates, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for engagement and innovation.
  • Analyse KPIs to gauge the success of social media efforts and recommend adjustments for improved performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the management team's personal social media presence, handling day-to-day social media tasks.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a B2B setting.
  • A solid grasp of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting audience-specific content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics software, and the Microsoft Office Suite and Canva (Training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with the international recruitment and payroll industry would be advantageous.
  • An eye for detail and a genuine interest in global affairs, reflecting creative and analytical thinking.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
