CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a renowned and long-established institution of higher education in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a French-Speaking Admissions Advisor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Admissions Advisor you will be responsible for guiding international students through the admission process, ensuring the proper implementation of student admission procedures. You will offer accurate, timely information and advice to potential students and parents regarding programs of study, educational opportunities, admissions requirements, policies, and other relevant matters. Our client is seeking applicants who hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field, who are fully fluent in French to a native level, who also possess high proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage, as well as experience in sales and/or client services, ideally in international education. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Offers accurate and timely information and advice to potential students and parents regarding programs of study, educational opportunities, admissions requirements, policies, and other relevant issues.
- Guides students through the admission process ensuring implementation of student admission procedures.
- Utilizes technology to support new student enrolment goals.
- Actively participates and represents the University in recruiting promotional activities (i.e. at educational fairs & forums).
- Keeps close cooperation with a network of agents by keeping them updated of the University’s policies, admission requirements and developments.
- Supports the implementation of business development plans for target markets.
- Works towards the achievement of set sales targets according to the organizational goals.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Full fluency in French language (Native Level) and high proficiency level of English language. Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Sales oriented and target driven person.
- Experience in sales (preferably in international education) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, results oriented personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
