We are pleased to extend an offer of employment for the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Silver Height Group. We are in search of the ideal candidate to lead our technological initiatives and drive innovation in our digital marketing strategies.

Position: Full time

JOB DISCRIPTION:

As the CTO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive business objectives. You will leverage various social media platforms to create compelling content, manage online communities, and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

You will be responsible for supporting and establishing the regional Social Media Channels, primarily working across Paid Media and Organic social media, as well as Influencer Marketing, Digital Innovation, and other digitally focused marketing activities, with an opportunity to also support the other lead regions.

  • Experience and Well Verse with Social Media Website
  • Should have Experience in Strategizing Exceptional Ideas for Targeting Relevant Audience across Global Platform,
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote and enhance brand awareness,
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube,
  • Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries,
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative ideas for content creation,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across different channels,
  • Running company social media advertising campaigns, formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence, Monitoring Organization brand on social media,
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers,
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement, Responding to comments on each of our accounts,
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media,
  • Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Product Development and Innovation: Oversee the development and enhancement of digital marketing platforms and tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and user engagement.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering and development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • System Architecture and Scalability: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures to support high volumes of data and traffic.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Implement robust data management systems to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align technology initiatives with business needs.
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.

Experience: Minimum 12+ years relevant Digital Marketing, Social media marketing experience & knowledge in Mobile application development (preferable)
