Koulourades diligently preserve the heritage of traditional art of baking, delighting customers every morning with an array of freshly baked, handmade goods based on the traditional Greek Thessaloniki’s bagel.

Job Description

• Baking bagels, croissants, pies
• Communicate with the sellers what to bake next
• Clean the kitchen at the end of the shift

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Organizing and leadership skills
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
