Responsibilities:

  • Organising, account keeping and control of financial transactions of a group of Companies;
  • Development and coordination of the company’s financial, accounting and tax policies for existing companies and new projects;
  • Financial planning and budgeting for new and existing projects;
  • Setting up financial accounting for new projects and monitoring their development;
  • Analysis of financial statements; identifying financial risks and opportunities for the company;
  • Cost analysis and cost optimisation;
  • Analysis of payables and receivables;
  • Analysis and assessment of the financial feasibility of investments and projects;
  • Ensuring compliance with tax legislation and financial reporting regulations. Managing the company’s tax obligations;
  • Monitoring the implementation of financial discipline and payment calendar;
  • Financial stability control and risk analysis;
  • Interaction with external accountants and auditors to ensure transparency of financial reporting and compliance with auditing standards;
  • Interaction and maintenance of business relationships with banks and other parties concerned;
  • Interaction with regulatory authorities;
  • FEA (South-East Asian countries, China, EU, Switzerland).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position (experience in trading companies is preferred);
  • University level degree in Finance or Economics;
  • Experience in foreign trade is a must. Banking operations, procurement and supply;
  • Andvanced level of English and Russian languages;
  • Reading of contracts at sight, interaction with legal services;
  • Advanced MS Office user, Excel is a MUST;
  • Deep knowledge of financial analytics and management accounting;
  • Ability to find new, modern approach to financial management
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team management skills;;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Focus on results;
  • High level of responsibility, self-organization and stress resistance.
