The Client:

Our client OPAP, a leading gaming company in Greece and Cyprus and one of the most renowned in its industry worldwide is expanding its operations in Cyprus and is looking to recruit a Marketing Senior Specialist (Betting).

The Position:

The Marketing Senior Specialist (Betting) will be a part of the Commercial team and will report to the Marketing & CSR Manager. The position's basic vision is to implement the approved multi-channel communication plan for the assigned betting products, through managing the daily marketing activities in cooperation with the stakeholders and in compliance with brand guidelines, product specifications and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides marketing services to all Teams (Retail / Online / Products)

• Supports the media management of assigned products for retail and online

• Develops marketing briefs and cooperation with agencies for the creation of marketing material and campaign (ATL / BTL)

• Designs and executes marketing campaigns and roll-out plans in cooperation with business

• Develops retail stores merchandising material according to product guidelines in cooperation with Retail Team

• Develops and analyses market research and studies for the creation of market insights and trends

• Prepares relevant content (copy, banners etc.) and, upon approval, proceeds with their execution within agreed business scope

• Closely monitors campaigns performance, prepares reports on their progress and suggests potential improvements

• Maintains analytical reports on the performance of current affiliates and acquisition campaigns and suggests potential additional collaborations

• Develops and handles the execution plan for all marketing campaigns, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders

• Cooperates with all teams for the development of online acquisition solutions based on business needs

• Supports the optimization as part of the overall marketing plan and focuses on the development of the marketing creative strategy

• Cooperates with OPAP Greece for the alignment of marketing activities

• Analyses and optimizes OPAP Sports site

• Establishes strong professional relationships with all Affiliate partners, provides them support and guidance

• Responds to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field

• MSc in related topic is desired

• Hands-on experience in retail marketing/ betting / communication roles within a consumer-oriented organization

• 5+ years of relevant experience are required

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong achievement and results oriented mentality

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written and oral)

• Proficient MS Office knowledge

Location:

The position is for the OPAP's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
