Warehouse Supervisor – Nicosia

Job Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, operations, warehouse storage, maintenance, and distribution
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport & delivery costs and efficiency
• Adhere to all warehousing, security, handling and health & safety legislation requirements
• Managing, monitoring, and controlling the execution of online orders
• Consistent warehouse stock management; updating the warehouse database; keep stock control systems up to date; accurately manage inventory, perform stock taking checks, optimize warehouse Space and automate processes
• Manage, supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce; motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or Business Management or in any other related field
• Fluency in Greek and English languages
• Computer literate/ excellent Excel skills used to work with reporting systems
• Knowledge of Navision system will be considered as an advantage
• Strong Business and Retail perception
• Communication and organization skills
