CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with significant operations in the Affiliate Marketing sector, we are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to join their newly established team based in Limassol. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field, who possess a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in a leadership role. You will need to have strong knowledge of local labour laws here in Cyprus, as well as generally accepted HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience, as well as hybrid working options.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment of new positions for all group-wide entities. 
  • Collaborate with department heads in order to recruit and source suitable candidates for open positions. 
  • Manage the onboarding processes of new employees.
  • Understand and manage the international employment structure to ensure contractual accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Create, maintain and update employment agreements and contractual terms.
  • Maintain employee records, profiles and document developments.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Handle enquiries of employees and HR-related initiatives.
  • Work with departments to ensure employee satisfaction.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Operations, ideally in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
