We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

In this role, you will be the key contact for product operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. You'll ensure smooth and efficient operations of multiple FinTech products and business processes with a customer-centric approach.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Handle daily business inquiries regarding product operations, changes, or new feature requests.
• Support Regional leaders on business and product requests in alignment with the company's global strategy and growth.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to assist in resolving inquiries from clients and internal business users across various platforms, including CRM, Ticketing, Mobile App, Trading Tools, Trading Platforms, and Client Communication Tools.
• Support Product Managers and Business Analysts in ensuring successful new product or feature releases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Web Development, Mobile Development, Brokerage, and Marketing) to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Formulate and update internal procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse user data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and business development employees to familiarise them with new product features and organizational changes.
• Work as a Project Coordinator for promotions and small product releases.

What You Bring:

• BSC/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Some experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing), additional language would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM software and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana would be considered an advantage.
