OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer Manager to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of expanding our network and establishing excellent partnerships within the financial industry.

4XC is a traditional IB (Introducing Broker) oriented broker, working with Partners all over the world. More than 80% of our clients are referred by our partners.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify Business Opportunities:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, clients, and new market opportunities.
    • Develop and grow your networks along with your portfolio
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to propose new business strategies.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Create and present detailed business plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • No need of visa sponsorship.
