Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive the sales of bbf: commercial properties within the Cypriot market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve personal and business sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Represent bbf: at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements for the position:

• In-depth knowledge of the Cypriot market.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and B2B sales experience.
• Experience in business analytics within the real estate sector, with a focus on commercial property sales being ideal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
• Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, Russian is an advantage.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
