The Cyber and Strategic Risk team of our Risk Advisory Services is seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us at the level of Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, to be based in our Nicosia or Limassol Office and handle engagements predominantly in Cyprus and Middle East region. The Cyber and Strategic Risk team helps clients to reduce their exposure to cyber-attacks and respond in a secure, vigilant and resilient manner in some of the toughest cybersecurity challenges.

The successful candidate will be primarily involved in the following:
- Advise clients in understanding the overall business case and effective use of security technologies by identifying constraints, risks and integration points
- Help clients to understand the cyber threat landscape and address the underlying security challenges raised by the digital transformation journey
- Assist clients with design of cyber security controls and design policies and procedures
- Serve as the trusted advisor to clients aiming to achieve ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications
- Perform gap analysis against several standards and directives including but not limited to DORA, NIS2, EBA
- Perform Business Impact Assessments exercises for business continuity purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field will be considered as an advantage
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 223301 Lead Auditor or similar will be considered a plus
- At least three to five years of similar experience in a Professional Services Organisation
- Ability and interest to explore and learn new and emerging technologies
- Demonstrate ability to understand and assess cyber security from both a technical and business perspective
- Demonstrate ability to develop a rapport with customers, present technical concepts in non-technical language and engender long lasting trusted relationships
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate assessment and management of risk
- Strong analytical skillset
- Ability to work individually and drive the team in meeting the engagement objectives;
- Ability to manage many competing tasks and projects simultaneously;
- Ability to manage problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively;
- Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and go the extra mile
- Time conscious to deliver projects on time and in budget, and to a high level of customer satisfaction – exercising customer care at all times
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
