Finspec Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Reconciliation Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reconciliation of company’s portfolio of clients’ funds.

This individual should have strong analytical skills, be able to work with and analyze large sets of data, and possess a keen attention to detail. The ability to work under strict deadlines and in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Main Role:

• Perform daily reconciliation of client's funds using Methodos Reconciliation Software;
• Export transaction reports from Platform/Payment Methods to import into the Reconciliation software;
• Prepare reports summarizing the findings of the reconciliation process;
• Identify, Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between the platform and payment methods;
• Collaborate with other departments in the company to resolve any outstanding issues or tasks;
• Efficiently and effectively resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process;
• Utilize strong analytical skills to work with and analyze large sets of data;
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance;
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a result-oriented approach;
• Work collaboratively within a team environment;
• Employ problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in using Methodos Reconciliation Software will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with and analyze large sets of data;
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and in a high-pressure environment;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems with a result-oriented mindset;
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team;
• Knowledge of Excel with a very good command of the microsoft programs;
• Background in Fintech is seen as an advantage;
• Academic background relating to Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or a similar field is desirable.
