CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an AI and Big Data Technology provider to the Financial Services sector, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator/PA (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Office Administrator/PA you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 1+ year of experience in a relevant role, with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as fluency on both verbal and written English to a high standard. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist the CEO regarding all aspects of personal and professional activities, including family/household needs.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members (buying flight tickets, booking accommodation etc.).
  • Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Taking part in organization of company holidays and corporate events.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to support projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity for independent decision-making, multitasking, and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and reliability.
  • Proactive and self-initiating work approach.
  • Personal vehicle and familiarity with the Island.
