CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, the exclusive importer and distributer of world-renowned dietary supplements across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Operations Coordinator you will oversee daily business activities, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with business and budget goals. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level, who possess proven experience in relevant position ideally gained working in the retail industry or similar. Experience of both online and offline sales and distribution channels is highly desirable, and you will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, with any knowledge of the Russian language considered a plus. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary and Pension Scheme.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the daily business activities, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with business and budget goals.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Maintain and update computer databases, ensuring accurate sales order entry into ERP systems.
  • Manage data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tasks.
  • Engage with clients both telephonically and in-person, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, offering insights into business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strategically manage and enhance online and offline retail service.
  • Ensure seamless integration and consistent performance across both platforms and service channels.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Higher Education (Bachelor degree).
  • Previous experience in retail operations, including those with an e-commerce function is highly desirable.
  • High computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent in people management and managerial skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on prioritization and ethical decision-making.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage the local team effectively.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English, with any knowledge of Russian considered an advantage.
