We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for the digital transformation within a construction organization (utilizing matrix project structure).
- Manage up to 3-5 consecutive projects, ensuring effective coordination of resources, and comprehensive reporting on project status (including project charters, presentations, reporting diagrams, timelines, budget, and resources).
- Coordinate meetings, maintaining accurate protocols and follow-up actions.
General Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management focused on digital transformation.
- Proven experience in project implementation with successful examples of project sustainability.
- Experience managing up to 4-6 projects simultaniously, coordinating resources, and producing detailed project reports (project passport, project presentation, reporting diagrams, deadlines, budget, and resources).
- Competence in coordinating meetings and mainitaining accurate protocols.
- Ability to make requests and solve problems related to engaging internal resources and subcontracting organizations.
- Ability to coordinate parallel workstreams effectively.
Technical Requirements:
- Solid understanding of SAAS solutions for Construction & Development (e.g., PROCORE/Fieldwire, MS Dynamics, and SAP or similar).
- Solid understanding of information technologies necessary for formulating requirements and collecting results from development, integration, administration, and support experts.
Interpersonal Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to manage conflicting situations.
- Capability to work effectively under stress and handle multiple competing tasks.
- Proficiency in Greek and Russian languages is an advantage.
Organizational Requirements:
- Expertise in organizing and managing a high volume of user requests and issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow established procedures and protocols for problem resolution and issue escalation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of new technologies and software applications.
