CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a 3D Motion Designer to join their growing team based in either Nicosia or Limassol. As a 3D Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning 3D graphics and animations that enhance marketing materials, educational content, and digital presence. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, who posses proven experience as a 3D Artist/Animator, with proficiency working with software including Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects, including promotional videos, website content, social media posts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Create realistic textures, lighting, and rendering to achieve a polished and professional look for all 3D assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual impact of marketing campaigns.
• Optimize 3D assets for various platforms, ensuring efficient performance without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of 3D content.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist/Animator, preferably within a financial services or technology company.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character animation.
• Expertise in texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is desirable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for automation in 3D software will be considered an advantage.
