The person will be providing administrative support to the sales team of the company’s Trading Department. This person should possess good interpersonal skills and be fluent in English & Greek.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations for the Trading Department
- Creation of item codes to the company’s system (SAP) and updating of products’ selling prices in system
- Preparation of product presentations
- Anything else requested by the sales team
Knowledge:
- Fluent in English and Greek languages
- Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Professionalism
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
