The person will be providing administrative support to the sales team of the company’s Trading Department. This person should possess good interpersonal skills and be fluent in English & Greek.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quotations for the Trading Department
  • Creation of item codes to the company’s system (SAP) and updating of products’ selling prices in system
  • Preparation of product presentations
  • Anything else requested by the sales team

Knowledge:

  • Fluent in English and Greek languages
  • Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Professionalism
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
