At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Deputy Head of Maintenance to join our Client Services Department in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed successfully within the required time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs, ensuring efficient scheduling of tasks and resources (planning and scheduling).
• Manage handovers of completed projects, ensuring all aspects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Supervise and oversee building works, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Address and rectify any issues or defects in construction projects (rectification and lineage).
• Order required site materials and oversee deliveries.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to standards and within deadlines.
• Monitor and manage labor costs to maintain budgetary control.
• Maintain comprehensive records (including site diaries, quality assurance documentation, and reports).
• Ensuring the implementation to Health & Safety procedures, policies, and legislation.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A license of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ) is a must.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in construction and renovations.
• Skills:

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project),
