Short Term Villa Rental Company Seeking Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable maintenance guy to join our team at a short-term villa rental company in Ayia Napa. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our villas are in top condition by performing preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

* Conduct preventative maintenance checks on appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems

* Address guest maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

* Perform minor repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains

* Collaborate with housekeeping staff to identify and report maintenance issues

* Maintain a well-organized workshop and keep tools in good working order

* Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field

* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair

* Ability to diagnose and fix a variety of maintenance issues

* Handy and resourceful with a knack for problem-solving

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
