The Island Private School of Limassol in Cyprus opened for the first 500 students in September 2022, and is now looking for competent, experienced and, above all, passionate PE Teacher to join the team from September 2024.

Cyprus regulations require applicants to have a university degree in education recognised by KYSATS and the ability to pass a background check.

General responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of this role include teaching physical education and afternoon physical activities to kindergarten, primary and secondary school students, facilitating a learning environment that supports individual potential, and effectively managing classes through appropriate approaches that inspire, motivate, and challenge students.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc in Physical Education;
• Teaching Qualifications;
• Be fluent in English;
• Experience in teaching a group of children is a must.

Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00-17.00 (19 teaching periods per week)
