What to expect of your role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Middle Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

You will be expected to:

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support business intelligence processes;
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to drive optimization and improvement of operational processes, strategic decision-making, and business performance;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to provide insights for key stakeholders;
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all business intelligence solutions;
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the field of business intelligence.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
• 2+ years of work experience as a BI Developer;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience using statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, Excel, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
• Experience with data visualisation tools (AWS Quick Sight);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Data-oriented personality;
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
