As a member of the Advisory Services team, you will be involved in value-added, impactful projects in areas such as Business and Operational Transformation, Strategy Formulation and re-design, HR Transformation, Business Excellence and more. Key responsibilities of the successful candidates include, but are not limited to:

  • Working on a diverse range of projects with local and international clients operating in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Hospitality, Life Sciences & Health Care, Energy & Resources, Legal, Shipping, Retail, Production, Automotive, Media & Telecommunications, etc.
  • Provision of support to clients, throughout the entire journey / cycle for corporate restructuring
  • Provision of support to organisations, both newly established as well as existing, in their efforts to define their strategic direction and the respective business model
  • Participation in the organisational transformation and restructuring of companies, based on business and operational needs
  • Participation in mergers and acquisitions, supporting organisations setting up their M&A strategy and navigating key business processes
  • Determination of measurable performance indicators which can be used to monitor the performance of the organisation and resilience of the strategy
  • Execution of benchmarking and market intelligence studies in various areas, so as to provide market insights and best practices adopted by comparable companies
  • Participation in the re-design and roll-out of clients’ Customer Experience Strategy and all associated practices
  • Design of remuneration strategies, policies and practices, customised to the needs of the client (e.g. Salary Bands, Bonus Scheme, Share Option Schemes, Long Term Incentive Plans, Benefits package, etc.)
  • Design of customised, high-end Performance Management systems for measuring the performance of the business and their employees
  • Preparation of reports and other related documents for the client (e.g. policies, practices, procedures) related to area of focus

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, Mathematics, and/or other related disciplines
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and/or other related disciplines
  • Professional certifications / qualifications will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a Professional Services Organisation will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good report writing skills
  • Creativity combined with critical thinking, taking into consideration market trends and clients’ business needs
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
