Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a licensed Asset Management company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Office Manager;

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the functioning of the office: ordering stationery, consumables, etc.;
  • Interaction with courier services, cleaning and maintenance companies;
  • Receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Record keeping;
  • Organization of meetings, appointments, negotiations;
  • Participation in organization of corporate events;
  • Budgeting expenses for office needs;
  • Ad hoc duties as required from management

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Russian & English (Verbal & Written)
  • 1-2 years of experience with administrative and clerical work will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and polite personality with the ability to multitask
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus

Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Monday to Friday
