CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique Family Office that manages investments across a variety of asset classes including Real Estate and Technology, we are seeking to recruit a Venture Capital Analyst to join their growing team based in in Cyprus. As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for carrying out research and analysis in areas including venture capital, private equity and space-tech. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess approximately 2 years of relevant working experience in venture capital and investments. You will need to be detail orientated, with excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential, as well as advanced skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint. Our clients offers an attractive remuneration package, based on skills and experience. With offices in Larnaca, there is the option of either Onsite, Hybrid and/or Remote working conditions, as well as Part or Full-Time working hours.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis in areas such as venture capital, private equity or space-tech.
• Creating reports and analyses mostly focused on technology venture capital funds.
• Interpretation and presentation of the results.
• Creation of project support documents.
• Responsibility for complete project administration (budgets for marketing costs, fixed costs, and investments).
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports according to various requirements.
• Close communication with the international project team.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting).
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant working experience in venture capital and investments.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, working with data and its evaluation.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
• Logical, analytical, conceptual and critical thinking with the ability to interpret data.
• Detail orientated and good analytical skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to learn, openness and flexibility for new tasks and challenges
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
