We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Accountant to join our Accounting team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit VAT Returns, Intrastat and VIES.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in financial audit, preparation of information needed and oversee the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
• Support in the monitoring of budget performance and expenditure control.
• Manage ad hoc projects and active participation in all accounting activities.
• Analyse financial data and assist in the preparation of reports.
• Support the Finance Assistant Manager with any other duties as assigned.

What does it take to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or LCCI Higher or relevant.
• Minimum of two years of working experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both Greek and English language
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
