CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Technology Group based in Cyprus providing powerful CRM technologies primarily to the Casino and iGaming industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Processing Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Payment Processing Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for analysing payment processing workflows to identify inefficiencies, as well as implementing strategies to reduce transaction costs and enhance payment approval rates. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience in payment processing and optimization, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyse payment processing workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Implement strategies to reduce transaction costs and enhance payment approval rates.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to integrate and optimize payment systems.
• Monitor and report on payment performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers and negotiate terms.
• Develop and execute initiatives to improve customer payment experience.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in payment processing and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
