THE OPPORTUNITY
Harris Kyriakides is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our firm as a Media & Business Development Officer.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all business development needs of the Firm and be a part of our Practice and Client Development Department. He/She will gain exposure to the full array of day-to-day firm activities and contribute to the overall success of the firm’s performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and development of creative campaigns aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Creation and development of digital content (videos, articles and press releases) and audience specific materials focused on increasing engagement for various channels.
- Write, edit and manage content for the website and social media of the Firm (e.g. news items, newsletters).
- Coordinating and executing the submission of legal directories.
- Undertake client and business development initiatives and projects of the Firm.
- Work and collaborate closely with other departments.
- Undertake the scheduling, agenda preparation and coordination of conferences and internal and external events.
- Identifying the latest trends and developments and provide key insights and suggestions.
- Making suggestions and proposals to Senior Management for the improvement of the Department.
ABOUT YOU
You will need the following:
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or Digital Media, or in any other relevant field.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of business use of social media.
- Strong creative writing background and skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Self-driven and forward-thinking individual with a genuine interest in the legal field.
- Excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging and compelling content adhering to the firm's style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
- Client service orientation and great attention to detail.
- Project management and organisational skills.

REMUNERATION
